Vineyards & Cellar
The estate spreads over 12.5 acres of hilltop land formed by a red porphyry and ancient marine sands soil of volcanic origin. The vineyards lie as high as 280 to 400 meters and include Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Croatina Barbera, Uva Rara and Chardonnay varietals, benefiting from a South, South-West exposure. Our vineayrds are a sold as 30 years. The training system is the traditional Guyot.
The cellar hosts a series of temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation vessels and 22 hl French oak barrels as well as barriques.
