The offer and sale of products made on www.rocciarossa.it website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. For any other information, consult the sections: Shipping, Secure payments and Privacy.
The Customer is required, before submitting their purchase order, to carefully read these general conditions of sale.
The forwarding of the purchase order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both the aforementioned general conditions of sale and what is indicated in the Order Form. Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to print and keep these general conditions of sale and the related order form, which have already been viewed and accepted.
Registration to the site
In order to purchase and see the prices of the products on sale on www.rocciarossa.it, the Customer must register on the site or log in.
The Customer is prohibited from entering false and / or invented and / or fictional names in the online ordering procedure and in further communications. The Seller reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of consumers.
Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, the Customer exonerates the Società Agricola Roccia Rossa srl from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order online, being the Customer himself solely responsible for their correct insertion.
The Società Agricola Roccia Rossa srl does not sell wine or other alcoholic products to minors under the age of 18.
The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under the age of 18 and may request an identity document to verify age.
By placing an order through this website, the Customer guarantees us that he is of legal age and that he has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Products
All the products sold on www.rocciarossa.it are present in our warehouse.
Each product for sale is associated with a photograph of the same. Due to variations in the packaging (eg change of vintage, restyling of the label …) the photographs may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.
The actual availability of a product is however indicative, as more customers can purchase it at the same time. In the event that a product is no longer available after making the purchase, the Società Agricola Roccia Rossa srl will propose to the Customer the replacement with a similar product or it may renounce the sale, returning the amount paid to the Customer.
Prices
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all Product prices and shipping costs indicated on the website www.rocciarossa.it are to be considered VAT included and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the website at the time the Order is sent over the Internet.
Product prices and shipping costs may vary without prior notice. We therefore invite the Customer to ascertain the final sale price before forwarding the relative Order.
Order fulfillment
Once the contract is concluded, www.rocciarossa.it will send the Customer, by e-mail, an Order Confirmation, containing a summary of the information already contained in the Order.
Before sending the Order Confirmation, the possibility remains for the Agricultural Company Roccia Rossa srl to request further information from the Customer, via e-mail or on the indicated telephone, with reference to the Order sent over the Internet.
The Società Agricola Roccia Rossa srl may not process purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your Order, specifying the reasons. In this case, the sum previously committed on the Customer’s means of payment will be released.
If the products, presented on the website, are no longer available or on sale after sending the Order, it will be the responsibility of the Società Agricola Roccia Rossa srl to notify the Customer of any unavailability of the Products ordered. In this case, the sum previously committed on the Customer’s means of payment will be released.

Shipping
Shipments are entrusted to specialized couriers and delivery, depending on the destination area of the goods, may take place over a period of time ranging from 24 hours to 4 working days, except for unforeseen circumstances.

All shipments are insured and we undertake to deliver them to the courier as soon as possible.
Corona Virus Emergency (COVID-19)
Due to the measures to combat and contain the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), we inform you that in some areas of Italy couriers do not guarantee deliveries.
Therefore, before proceeding with your order on www.rocciarossa.it, we invite you to contact our Customer Service by writing to info@rocciarossa.it to check if deliveries in your area are regular.
In case of damaged shipment
If at the time of delivery your order is visibly damaged by the courier (broken packaging or visibly stained by the spill of wine from any broken bottles) you can:
– In the case of several packages, reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier’s bill “With Reserve”. We will then take care of the return of the damaged package and send it back to you.
– If, on the other hand, it is a single package shipment, reject the shipment to the sender and as before we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment.
In case of exhaustion of the broken product, you will be contacted for a possible replacement or for a refund of the sums paid.
Any shipping costs for the return of the damaged package to the sender and return of the new one are borne by the Società Agricola Roccia Rossa srl.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases on www.rocciarossa.it are subject to the discipline of the Legislative Decree 206/05, which guarantees the Customer the right of withdrawal, for any reason. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the delivery of the purchased products.
Conditions of the right of withdrawal
The returned products must be intact, possibly in the original packaging.
Once in the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering: for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, you must send an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:
– invoice number
– order number
– order’s date
– the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, indicating the article code
– your bank details (IBAN code) for the refund
Subsequently, the Customer will have to wait for the return authorization communication from our Customer Service and within 15 days of receiving it he will have to send the products subject to withdrawal to the following address:

Shipping costs are fully charged to the customer.
The Società Agricola Roccia Rossa srl will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs.
In general, although not expressly written, the legal provisions on distance contracts are valid. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
